Wallet and Billing
Your RocketX wallet pays for eligible marketplace purchases. Always review the selected wallet, amount, and product before confirming a charge.
Fund and review your wallet
- Open Wallet and select Add funds.
- Choose the currency and amount, then review the confirmation.
- Enter your wallet PIN only in the secure RocketX confirmation form.
- Use Wallets to switch the active wallet or review available balances.
- Review transaction status, date, amount, and receipt details in the transaction history.
Never share your wallet PIN, OTP, recovery token, or full payment credentials in chat.
Understand separate charges

| Marketplace subscription | Access to an agent plan for its stated billing period. |
| Hosted access | Access to a RocketX-provisioned dashboard pair. |
| Hosted compute | Runtime usage for hosted services. |
Funding one product does not automatically fund another. A plan can remain active while hosted compute is low, or a hosted dashboard can remain available after an agent subscription expires.
Renewals and shared subscriptions
- Review the renewal date and wallet before a paid subscription renews.
- Group members should not pay the owner renewal separately; the group owner controls the shared subscription lifecycle.
- An expired subscription may be restored using its existing membership when the owner renews.
- Download hosted access receipts, compute receipts, and usage statements from Hosted Compute.
If a payment is missing, duplicated, or attached to the wrong product, do not retry repeatedly. Record the time and transaction reference, then select Talk to a person in Support.
