Account, Security, and Teams
Keep personal credentials private and give teammates only the access they need.
Secure your account
- Sign-in verification is sent to your email by OTP or magic link.
- Change your password or wallet PIN from Account Settings. Sensitive changes require email verification.
- Review your name, country, currency, and profile details after registration.
- Never share an OTP, password, wallet PIN, exchange key, dashboard secret, or recovery token with Support or another user.
If you did not request a sign-in or security change, do not use the link or code. Change your password and select Talk to a person in Support.
Work with teams
Open Teams to create a workspace, switch teams, or invite another person.
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Billing, team settings, member management, and full workspace control |
| Admin | Member, subscription, and instance management without ownership-only actions |
| Member | Workspace visibility and limited actions allowed by the team |
Check the active team before subscribing, deploying, or changing settings. Wallets and notification preferences belong to the individual user even when a subscription or instance belongs to a team.
Invitations and access review
- Invite people from the team page and choose the narrowest appropriate role.
- Confirm the recipient and role before sending the invitation.
- Remove members who no longer need access and transfer ownership before an owner leaves.
- Review API keys in Account Settings. Copy a new key when it is shown, store it securely, and revoke keys that are no longer used.
API keys are credentials. Never place them in chat, screenshots, public repositories, or browser-visible notes.
